Dinamika Builders International Inc. was formed in 1978 as a building construction company, it later ventured into leasing, building maintenance.
DBII accepts property management contracts wherein an individual assigns properties to DBII. DBII will then be in charge of advertising, management, and collections. Under these terms the property owners will be remitted the rentals less the expenses. These services are rendered to international clients, Filipinos living abroad and overseas contract workers.
